What the API does
- 01 Sign images with C2PA Content Credentials and register a perceptual fingerprint at ingest or publish.
- 02 Establish proof of priority: every record reads “registered since” with the exact time.
- 03 Monitor the web for copies and AI-derivative reuse, with side-by-side evidence.
- 04 Read a capture level (captured in app or imported) as a provenance signal reported by the client, not cryptographic proof.
- 05 Look up any public record with no API key, free for everyone, behind the same URLs that back the public verify pages.
How to get API access
API keys are available on the Studio plan. Subscribe to Studio in the app, then create a key under API keys in the sidebar. The public record lookup needs no key. Questions? Email support@priorframe.com.
