Priorframe helps you prove that you published a photo first. We sign your work, record it in our registry, create a public verify page, and watch the web for copies and AI derivatives. This policy explains how you may and may not use these tools. It works alongside our terms of service and reinforces the rules that keep our registry honest. Priorframe is operated by Star & Partners Ltd. By using Priorframe, you agree to the rules below.

1. Why this policy exists

Our registry is a shared record of what was registered, by whom, and when. People rely on verify pages to answer honest questions about who registered a work first. If the registry fills with false claims or abuse, that trust breaks for everyone. This policy sets clear limits so the record stays honest and safe. It applies wherever you use Priorframe, including our Android app on Google Play and our web app at app.priorframe.com.

2. Only sign work you own or are authorized to sign

When you protect a photo, you make a claim. You tell the world that the work is yours to sign. Only sign photos that you created, that you own, or that you have clear permission to sign for someone else. Do not sign a photo you found online, bought a print of, or downloaded without rights. Do not present someone else’s work as your own. A false claim of ownership is a serious breach of trust. It is grounds for immediate termination of your account, and we may remove the records you created.

3. Do not use our tools to harm others

Our tools exist to protect creators, not to target people. Do not use the registry, its alerts, your verify pages, or our takedown letter templates to harass, intimidate, defame, or impersonate anyone. Do not send a takedown letter that you know to be false. Do not use a verify page to threaten, shame, or mislead. Treat the people you contact the way you would want to be contacted.

4. Content that is never allowed

Some content is never welcome on Priorframe. Do not protect, publish, or link to:

  • illegal content of any kind.
  • content that sexually exploits minors.
  • content that infringes another person’s intellectual property.
  • malware, or code designed to harm devices or the service.
  • spam, or bulk and fraudulent registrations.
  • private information about other people, shared without their consent.

This list is not exhaustive. If content is clearly harmful, assume it does not belong here.

5. Do not interfere with the service

Priorframe needs to stay fast and available for everyone. Do not scrape the registry at abusive volume. Do not probe, scan, or disrupt our infrastructure. Do not try to evade rate limits, blocks, or bans. Do not try to reach accounts, records, or systems that are not yours. Reasonable automated access is fine, as long as it respects our limits.

6. How we enforce this policy

When someone breaks these rules, we act to protect the registry. Depending on what happened, we may:

  • remove registry records.
  • unpublish verify pages.
  • suspend or terminate accounts.
  • report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.

We try to match our response to the seriousness of the problem. Severe harm, such as content that exploits minors or repeated false claims of ownership, can lead to immediate termination without warning.

7. How to report abuse

If you see something that breaks this policy, please tell us. Email us at support@priorframe.com. Include the verify page link or the record reference, so we can find the right record. Describe what is wrong, and add any context that helps, such as proof of your own ownership. After we receive your report, we review it, ask for more detail if we need it, and take action where the policy has been broken. We may not always be able to share the outcome, but we read every report.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Priorframe grows or as the law changes. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date shown above. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know. If you keep using Priorframe after a change takes effect, you accept the updated policy.
