How does billing work?

On the web, Stripe processes your subscription. In the Android app, Google Play handles it through your Play account. Either way, we never see or store your card details.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my photos if I downgrade?

Records never unseal. If you hold more protected photos than the new plan covers, those photos keep their records, but monitoring for the overflow pauses until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.

Do you offer refunds?

Purchases made in the Android app follow the Google Play refund policy. Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the period ends. For billing mistakes, email us and a person will sort it out.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet. Priorframe launches with monthly billing only. Annual pricing will come once the registry is out of early access.

What payment methods can I use?

On the web, whatever Stripe supports in your country, which usually means major cards and local methods. In the app, whatever your Google Play account supports.
