Both plans include a 14 day free trial on monthly or yearly billing, and a card is required to start. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and pay nothing; we email a reminder three days before the first charge, and billing starts on day 15. Each customer can use one trial.

On the web, Stripe processes your subscription. In the Android app, Google Play handles it through your Play account. Either way, we never see or store your card details.

Yes. Any plan or interval change takes effect immediately, and nothing is charged at the switch; any difference is prorated on your next invoice. During a free trial, changes keep your original trial end date.

Records never unseal and nothing is deleted. The photo limits are monthly quotas that reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC), not a cap on what your account can hold: everything already protected keeps its record, its verify page, and its place in your monitored library. A downgrade only changes how many new photos you can protect each month.

Purchases made in the Android app follow the Google Play refund policy. Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the period ends. For billing mistakes, email us and a person will sort it out.

Yes. Pro is $84 a year and Studio is $290 a year, both cheaper than twelve months at the monthly rate. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime.
